Andrew Morcos advises private real estate owners and family offices on asset management strategy, capital allocation, and development feasibility. His work spans multifamily, mixed-use, office, retail, and industrial properties.
Before founding Haven, Andrew served as a Managing Director at Greystar Development, where he led over $1.5 billion of multifamily and mixed-use development with full-cycle responsibility as a senior decision-maker — from sourcing and underwriting through entitlements, construction, lease-up, stabilization, and disposition.
Since launching Haven in 2021, Andrew has worked with owners on the ongoing management and repositioning of operating assets, applying an institutional, owner-side approach to asset management that integrates operating performance with capital strategy and long-term planning decisions.
In select situations, Andrew also invests alongside clients as a GP or LP, aligning his capital with owner objectives where there is strong strategic fit and long-term conviction.
Andrew’s background in real estate investment banking, acquisitions, and development allows him to evaluate assets not only on current performance, but on how capital structure, optionality, and future upside potential impact value over time.
Andrew lives in San Francisco with his husband, Trey, and their dog, Gus.
