About Us

Andrew Morcos is a real estate investment, development, and asset management professional with over a decade of experience. Since 2021, he has been consulting through Haven, providing strategic support in real estate entitlements, asset management, acquisitions, and development across the Bay Area and Washington.

Prior to launching his consulting practice, Andrew served Managing Director at Greystar Development, managing over $1.5 billion in projects and overseeing all aspects of development, from sourcing and underwriting to entitlement, construction, lease-up, and asset management.

With a background in real estate investment banking, acquisitions and development, Andrew brings a deep understanding of how to maximize asset value at every stage of the investment lifecycle. His approach is rooted in an owner’s mindset, ensuring thoughtful, data-driven decision-making that aligns with long-term investment goals.

Beyond his work, Andrew lives in San Francisco with his husband, Trey, and their dog, Gus. He enjoys cooking and exploring the city's parks on urban hikes with Gus.
